We partnered with Zemplin Consulting, a specialist marketing communications consultancy, working with charities and the public sector, to deliver meaningful impact for their clients.
Our role focused on a number of key areas. We provided support and UX design consultations on website builds, ensuring platforms reflected the values and goals of the organisations they represented. We provided advice on app UX design and system improvements, focusing on user-friendly journeys that encouraged interaction and made information easily accessible to key audience groupings.
We also developed marketing and communications strategies, helping shape key messages to resonate with target audiences and amplify campaign impact. Delivering hands-on social media management and PR support, ensuring content was consistent, visible, and aligned with wider strategic objectives.
We designed and optimised organic LinkedIn pages to increase engagement and followership, with a particular focus on reaching medium to large-scale decision makers. This included designing high-end professional graphics for client approval and development discussions, creating digital strategy documentation, and providing organic social media strategic planning. We also supported clients with press releases, hashtag research, newsletters, blog posts, and regular consultations to ensure content was tailored, professional, and strategically aligned.
